We offer different classes, which are designed to challenge and inspire you. We're always taking into account the experience our students already have with yoga, which allows us to tailor the experience to your current skill level.
Classes
Vin/Yin Yoga
Vin/Yin Yoga is a marriage of two opposing styles – Vinyasa and Yin. One is dynamic, while the other is passive.
Hot Yoga
As the name might suggest, Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated environment, which causes students to sweat.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga is a very active type of yoga that focuses on a continuous sequence of movements.
Ashtanga
Ashtanga is an energetic, structured form of yoga that requires you to move through a specific series of poses.
Restorative
Restorative Yoga is a still, tranquil series of movements that focuses on calming the storm rather than living in it.
All Levels
All Levels Yoga is a class designed to let yogis of varying skill levels learn from the same teacher.
